Senior Rep Program
What is the senior rep program?
The Senior Rep Program is a paid, limited-availability senior experience, not a free model call or influencer exchange. It is designed for seniors who want elevated, story-driven imagery throughout their senior year while actively representing the Oxbow & Ember brand.
Participants receive multiple curated sessions, exclusive rep opportunities, and priority access. In return, senior reps agree to professionally represent the brand through image sharing, tagging, and word-of-mouth promotion.
Selection is based on authenticity, reliability, and alignment with the brand—not follower count. Availability is limited to ensure each rep receives a high-quality, personalized experience.
How much does it cost?
The Senior Rep Program is a paid, full-year experience that includes multiple sessions, exclusive opportunities, and priority access throughout the senior year. The investment reflects the time, planning, creative direction, editing, and ongoing availability provided to each rep.

How are senior reps selected?
Senior reps are selected based on authenticity, reliability, and alignment with the Oxbow & Ember brand. Selection is not based on follower count, but on professionalism, personality, and commitment to representing the brand well.
How do I apply?
1. Personal Recommendation
Applicants may be nominated by a teacher, coach, parent, or past Oxbow & Ember client. Nominations must include the student’s name and contact information.
2. Direct Message Application
Applicants may send a short introduction via Instagram or email including:
Name + graduating year
School
Activities or interests
Why you’re interested in being a senior rep
Invitations may also be extended directly to select seniors.
